Residential construction
Houses, extensions, granny flats and outbuildings, built from the foundations up. We set out the site, pour the footings and slab, build the walls, put the roof on and finish inside, with one team responsible for all of it.

Waterproofing
Water always finds the gap, so we close it before the rains do. Flat roofs, parapets, balconies, showers and foundations are sealed with the right system for the surface, laid to falls so water leaves instead of standing.

Steel structures
Portal frame warehouses, workshops, farm sheds, carports and patio roofs. We set out the bases, erect the steel square and plumb, then clad and roof it, so the structure and the building around it come from the same contractor.

Painting and coatings
Most paint failures start with the surface, not the paint. We clean, repair and prime before a single coat goes on, inside and out, and coat floors so they stand up to traffic, sun and hosing down.

Building work has a reputation for numbers that creep. Ours do not. Here is how we keep it that way.

We see the site before we price it
On request, we come out and inspect the site first, so your quote is built on what is actually there and not on a guess.

One rate, start to finish
Once we have quoted and the contract is awarded to us, we keep to the quoted rate for the rest of the contract.

Run properly on site
Materials ordered on time, trades scheduled, the site kept in order and every snag closed out before we hand over.

Victory Construction was started by Wilhelmus Potgieter, who grew up in Mookgophong (Naboomspruit, as it was then) and has raised his own family here. Since the start of 2010 the company has completed construction projects in and around the Waterberg and further afield, from family homes to commercial floors and farm buildings.
The aim has not changed since the first job: a name people link with quality and integrity, and clients who are happy to recommend us, earned through hard work, fair prices and turning up when we said we would.
